Wrong Code several times entered - Account banned
My account was banned because i did enter a "wrong" code several times.
Stupid patch i did not even change my pc, why does it ask me to verify it?
What should i do now?

Yakumo_✭same here. the mail needed more than 10min, so the code was alrdy invalid. now i'm sitting here, waiting for my temporary ban with unknown time to disappear...........0

Dezail✭They where having issues with log in permissions. They made it so EVERYONE had to resend in an auth code. But seems that they're having issues with the codes showing up in e-mails or not working.0 -

Also worth noting that not everyone is getting asked for Authorisation codes. I am talking to guildies and a good few of them didn't get asked for Authorisation on login.
Also, when I tried logging in a while ago it asked for a code, after 10 mins I didn't get it to exited the launcher. Code came in a few mins later, I restarted and got straight into game .... not request for Authorisation and I hadn't input the last one, so it asked me for Authorisation then just let me login anyway without out! I think the whole system is having problems at the moment.0 -

Totally agree, at this point, or in fact some time ago, folks should simpyl have stopped making things worse for themselves. I saw the early reports of this problem on here and have simply decided to go play something else till it's fied.Made a note to self to stay away from the log in screen till the post patch dust settles down.
Totally sucks for those who logged in immediately after the server came back up, but for those falling into the hole in the last hour to hour and a half have largely only themselves to blame.

Yakumo_✭paying 12.99 to get my free 30 days, EU peak time maintenances which last several hours and x hour bans... that's a rlly good investment
