"I do not like receiving gifts from the crown store, but thank you for the gesture". If they're offended by that, thats on them.
Is it possible to opt-out of Crown Store gifts so it's impossible to receive them?
I don't like any form of RMT within games. Thus I do not like the Crown Store or the RMT opportunities the gift function provides. That means I don't want to send or receive Crown gifts.
Not all of my friends are aware of my position on this so I may occasionally be sent a gift that I am uncomfortable receiving. An awkward conversation always follows. I would prefer to avoid this in the future.
In some cultures, turning down a gift is quite offensive, so it can be a sensitive issue. I regret being put in this position.
If there is no Crown Store Gift opt-out function, I hope ZOS will consider adding one.
