    I really like Mad Tinkerer and think it's underrated. It might be better if it targeted your nearest enemy instead of wherever your camera is pointing, but oh well. I'd like more special effect sets that make me laugh, cuz there are enough stat sets 😉

    Mad Tinkerer has cool effects, but honestly is kind of annoying in groups. Enemies get knocked up and out of aoe’s you have to reacquire your target, etc.

    (5) Warlord: Inflicting 15,000 damage in one second on a target you've taunted provides a stack of fervor, increasing damage dealt by 2% and increasing damage received on the target by 2% for 15 seconds. At 5 stacks, all fervor stacks are expended activating Battle Trance giving all allies gain Major Berserk for 8 seconds and reduces all costs by 15% for 8 seconds. Can only gain one stack every 1 second. Stacks cannot be gained for 30 seconds after a Battle Trance.

    Here are some ideas I have for heavy sets. I may post more for light and medium..

    Heavy Armor
    (2) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
    (3) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
    (4) Adds 2975 Physical Resistance
    (5) When you take melee damage, you have a 20% chance to charge your next bash for 10 seconds. Damaging your target with a bash attack reduces the target’s movement speed by 50% and the target takes an additional 10% physical damage for 8 seconds. This effect can occur once every 12 seconds.

    Heavy Armor
    (2) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
    (3) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
    (4) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
    (4) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
    (5) While you are melee heavy attacking, gain Minor Protection, crowd control immunity, and restore 10% additional resources.

    Heavy Armor
    (2) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
    (3) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
    (4) Adds 4% Healing Taken
    (5) When you activate a synergy, all enemies in a 10 meter radius that are attacking your allies are taunted to you for 15 seconds. This effect occurs every 20 seconds.

    (5) When you take damage you have a % chance to cool the air around you, slowing enemies within x radius by 30%. You also gain Frost breath that deals x damage over 5 seconds. If an enemy dies, they have % chance to explode into shards of ice that deal x damage to all affected enemies. This effect can repeat every x seconds

    Absolute Zero Version 2: Frost Tank set
    (2) Spell Resist
    (3) Phys Resist
    (4) Max Health
    (5) After taunting an enemy you cool down the air, freezing all enemies within x radius in place for x seconds. While enemies are frozen, they take % increased damage for x seconds. If an enemy dies while affected, allies can activate a synergy giving them a damage shield of solid ice, reflecting up to x projectiles for 3 seconds.

    Normally, I'm all for making up new set ideas. However, I draw the line at meta pandering sets since there's little challenge in doing so; Just make some slightly OP set and you got a contender.

    Curse of Coldharbour
    Heavy
    2pc: Max Health
    3pc: Minor Aegis
    4pc: Max Stamina
    4pc: Max Magic
    5pc: Your attacks apply a stack of foul magic, dealing X Magic Damage every 1 second . At 20 stacks, an ally can activate the Fury of Coldharbour synergy, causing an explosion dealing Y damage and applying Major Vulnerability to the Target, increasing their damage taken by 15% for 20 seconds and grants your ally Major Berserk for 20 seconds.
    5pc: Max Health

    Group wide Major Vulnerability, an ally gains Major Berserk, Tank gets stats out the wazoo w/extra damage for them as well. It's legitimately the most boring and easiest thing I've ever had to think of.

    I do not want to see just sets added for end game but I will give it a go.

    First off I feel end game sets that have minor aegis and minor slayer need to have that effect removed and it should be moved to the undaunted skill line as a passive bonus to all players who put points into it. Next those sets should be adjusted to have extra stats added to them. Sets like Relequin could be changed to have weapon damage in that spot and still get the bonus form the stamina on the perfect version this way the set it not much better then other sets but by a minor amount.

    Nomads Breath crafted set

    2) stamina

    5) When you deal direct damage you have a 10% chance to give minor heroism to you group increasing weapon and spell damage by 169 for 12 sec.

    Nightmothers Grace crafted set

    5) When you deal critical damage you apply major breach to the enemy reducing there spell resistance by 5280 for 6 sec.

    Warriors Revenge Heavy armor

    Hero's Light heavy armor

    (1) 10% chance to double harvest a mat node.
    (2) 5% increased chance to produce an extra upgrade mat when refining
    (3) Upgrade an item using one fewer materials (to a minimum of 1)
    (4) 20% decrease in raw mats required to create an item
    (5) Master Crafter’s Epihany: 10% chance that upgrading an item will required no mats whatsoever. An imp momentarily appears above your head to curse you for your good luck in the name of all gold mat sellers.

    5th bonus = half of dot damage is instantly applied to any dot you cast on an enemy.
    5th bonus = 10% chance to reflect damage back from proc >1000 damage

    OR

    5th bonus = Dogs can be called in by a player as a 7-killstreak ...the dogs spawn and attack enemy players on the map for 60 seconds.

    How abour a 12 piece set that has a 2 5 10 and 12 set bonus. It could work a few different ways maybe. Stats could be specific to say a healer tank and dps. Lots of brian damage to think thru tho.

    I wouldn't becuase most sets are viable for endgame already. people are just idiots and think otherwise.
    Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.
