I don’t know how many times I can keep banging on about this

get an SSD -the one x HDD is the same speed spec HDD as in previous xboxes

Your speeds will be increased by about 30-40% I promise you

Wait a second, how does a ssd improve my fps in PvP(cyrodiil) or pve (Dungeons and trials)?

I dont care about loading Screens, I dont mind waiting 30 Seconds. I care about actual fps during a fight and as far as I know , a ssd has no impact on that, since fps are related to gpu (ok in 1x) and cpu (*** in 1x).

If im wrong feel free to eloborate :)

    Sure

The game is very very hard drive Intensive. If the game cannot read of the disk quick enough your fps will slow.

During a pvp fight for example ( , usually me vs 30 reds trying to take the keep) You can see the lights on my SSD going nuts - but I rarely get any lag whereas my non SSD owning friends will have frozen

The load times go from 30 secs to 2 secs which is a nice bonus

Most ppl think that the GFX are the issue. It’s only part of the issue and an SSD whilst it won’t totally cure it, will very much help

Addendum - the interesting bit is “why is it so hard drive intensive”
I suspect it’s doing a shedload of swapping , especially during fights

I play ESO on 5G Wi-Fi and it runs fine with a xb1x. I am in the same room as my router.

One thing I always check if I notice lagging is to make sure my NAT type is open. Go to settings, network, network settings, and it’ll list your current network status. If I have a good connection I’ll have IPv4 & IPv6 and a NAT type: Open. If their not usually restarting my router fixes it. If your NAT is on moderate or strict it seriously affects performance.
If these are running good I never hardly have any problems with performance.

I've been running the game off of an SSD for a long time. You will see an improvement. Not nearly as generous as claimed above though.

Mostly you'll notice faster load times and less crashes in certain areas.

It won't improve your framerate so much as it will improve your framerate recovery. Which I'm not sure is a thing but it's a term I've used to explain things before.

Basically when the frames start going all to hell having the game on an SSD makes it take less time for them to return to "normal". Keeping in mind "normal" is still quite garbage on console.

Your "fine" threshold is very low.
