Service ticket response time

Hey all, just wondering what’s the general turn around time for ticket responses? My status has been showing as “awaiting agent” for some time
PS4 EU server.

    Usually about a day or 2. You should have gotten an email stating that you have to describe your problem again then it will be resolved in a day or 2

    The holidays may impact times. Mine have been resolved very quickly.

    Make sure (a) that it is a proper ticket relating to something that genuinely requires a Support Agent's attention, as too often we see complaints about responses to tickets that relate to nothing more than feedback or bug reports, and (b) that you only have the one ticket submitted as every time a duplicate is submitted through frustration it goes to the back of the queue.

    Also keep in mind that when you do get a response, it could very well be from a generic bot thing. Don't open more tickets, just reply to the response you get. The second time you should get an actual agent; I've had to do this a few times in the past. Certain terminology seems to filter tickets to the bot response thing (like someone here before submitted a ticket about how they were stuck somewhere, and they got a generic response back about trying the /stuck command even though it had nothing to do with the initial ticket).

    I think it's fair good time that they respond.
    History, like a human being, is thirsty when it wakes from its slumber…History wants to drink up an enormous amount of blood. And even if history has tired of drinking blood, that’s only in regards to the amount. But what about quality? The larger the sacrifice is, the more delighted the cruel gods will be.

    The few times I've had to submit, by the next day I'll get a response. Also always had my issues fixed. I'm a unicorn.

    I'd have to say, while people may fault the game for bugs and lag, and they may be right, ZOS customer support has always been quick, and on point, and resolved things well.

    If you are yet to get a response, it is probably the time of year.
