There are a few issues I have personally with the class, and one of the underlining issues is one of the main functions to take block tanks out (bleeds specifically) just do not work on Templar with all the pufications. Now I'm not talking about the tanks with 50k health, they eventually go down, but a good balanced healer build with sword and board can sustain so well, and the main function to take those playstyles out which are bleeds don't work. Is that fair at all? Should we change the way bleeds work? Should bleeds be removed since they over perform in some areas but against templars, they are don't do anything? What do you guys think?

I think the lesson to be drawn when one class that was frustrating to play gets reformed is not to deduce now said class is overly performing and is too strong. Rather, what can we do to the other classes to make players feel good about them as well.
Bleed builds should have something that doesn't roll over and die to them. If something gets countered easily by another class, that doesn't necessarily make it unfair.
