Don't run on circles. Just find place where wasp respawns and wait. They respawns fast.PC EU, @Enemoriana. Ru.

The main feature of this event is double XP.
Whilst you're running after wasps, available time to improve lower level characters slips away. Choose wisely.3 -

Just pop a light attack on the wasp/wolf if you see one; no need to go gangbusters all over a wasp ffs.
Yeah that happened to me wasp spawned then someone dawnbreakered it’s sorry ass before I could tag it smh

I can pass the information on to Gina and Jess but not really our area of expertise (we're more focused on helping the community and passing on information about non-gameplay related issues).Turelus as our community ambassador t.t please tell then how we suffer each year to this issue. It makes the event less enjoyable then it could be for some people. Especially the less experienced players who don't know the tricks.
Best way to give feedback about the event would be to create threads or use /feedback in game to give them constructive information on the issues with the event and desired improvements. The devs do read over the forums so if they spot some good information on why the events are having issues and exactly what they are they might be able to make changes.

You certainly got lucky. However, as other wrote, looking for wolves and wasps outside the quest circles helps a lot.My biggest complaint is how rare the writs are. Once again players who don't have a lot of alts are getting shafted.
I did four dailies accross two characters, for a total of six boxes (two for starting the event), and got one charity writ: I don't know how lucky I've been, but at this rate, having nineteen days to go, twelve writs to get the achievement and the skin should be doable.PC EU

1) Create a group and invite players. I had 9 people in my group and we managed to get the wasps in 10 minutes time
2) Ignore this quest. Abandon it, and Breda will give you a different one
I guess, it depends on the person. It's safe to say you've been a lot luckier than me, then.
I've opened 27 boxes so far and got.... zero writs.
So the odds of me getting the skin are about nil. I only have one alt available to get extra boxes on (and I had to force myself to do them again on him because I hate playing alts).
I wish they would stop making these events cater to players with a zillion alternate characters.

✭It's one quest out of nine that takes more than 5 minutes. I find it annoying af but all you need to do is camp and put aoe where it spawns tbh. If you don't know where it spawns, just look around you. When you see like one million people spamming aoe, that's the spot.
And you are not even bound to that quest tbh. You can abandon and take the quest again, it'll most likely give you another one as long as you are not on last 2 quests or sth. This is a ridiculous rant.PC|EU0 -

RiverBrian✭✭✭Betnik is a horrible choice for locations for this event. You have 1000 people on tiny island and don't expect any issues. It needs to be held in a bigger zone where we can spread out and not lag each other down.0 -

✭Reeeeeeally not an issue if I’m honest. There’s several spots where wasps are. I haven’t had a problem running around them and one being there.

You have to think outside the "box" on this one to avoid the crowds. The wasps are fairly easy if you know which route to take. It's the wolves that are the most annoying.
Doesn't need to be wolves, it can be mudcrabs, deers, rabbit, any meat giving beast.I wouldn't go so far as to say it "sucks". Some of the dailies are inventive (like the one where you cannon ball off the bridge). Though I'll admit that honey comb quest is annoying.

84 event dailys total for 12 new life charity writs & the skin done. Considering this event gives u 9 dailys / toon and lasts till 2.01 you will just need to be patient, if some people do not have time or luck is where the problem starts. What I get is an event ticket and then I move on. Time just to play the game. Although I've had no trouble with the events (but didn't do the dungeon one), there have been too many in quick succession and I just want to get back to normal play.1 -

✭I found the best way to deal with this quest is to avoid the areas hoards of people are known to wait for a wasp. You don't even have to go too far away from where those places are to find another area that has multiple wasp spawning points. So I go over there, grab my wasp (be thoughtful and light attack the dang thing too, so other people can hit it and move on with their lives) and then I go over to the main area for the wolves, light attacks again, and am on my way out of there. It’s a pretty wide quest radius if you look at your map.
