Been running around for over 30 minutes and not a wasp to be seen. Maybe when you do an event make sure there is enough of whats needed to go round!!
That’s because every tryhard going has to show all the ‘noobs’ how they can one shot everything.
Just pop a light attack on the wasp/wolf if you see one; no need to go gangbusters all over a wasp ffs.
I can pass the information on to Gina and Jess but not really our area of expertise (we're more focused on helping the community and passing on information about non-gameplay related issues).Turelus as our community ambassador t.t please tell then how we suffer each year to this issue. It makes the event less enjoyable then it could be for some people. Especially the less experienced players who don't know the tricks.
I just arrived there, ran up to a wasp, killed it, looted and went on my way, first time, no hassle. Not sure why you are having a problem. It was super busy when I got there as well. Maybe I just got very lucky.
My biggest complaint is how rare the writs are. Once again players who don't have a lot of alts are getting shafted.
I guess, it depends on the person. This is my favorite event in ESO, and I like most of the quests except for the one in Grahtwoodluen79rwb17_ESO wrote: »This event is filled with pointless tasks that are not even remotely fun to do. And what you get? RNG crap.

You certainly got lucky. However, as other wrote, looking for wolves and wasps outside the quest circles helps a lot.My biggest complaint is how rare the writs are. Once again players who don't have a lot of alts are getting shafted.
I did four dailies accross two characters, for a total of six boxes (two for starting the event), and got one charity writ: I don't know how lucky I've been, but at this rate, having nineteen days to go, twelve writs to get the achievement and the skin should be doable.
I wish they would stop making these events cater to players with a zillion alternate characters.

Fortunately, in past years you could abandon your quest and probably get a different one of the nine.

You have to think outside the "box" on this one to avoid the crowds. The wasps are fairly easy if you know which route to take. It's the wolves that are the most annoying.
I wouldn't go so far as to say it "sucks". Some of the dailies are inventive (like the one where you cannon ball off the bridge). Though I'll admit that honey comb quest is annoying.

I like most dailies, the waterjumping with the nords, doing a race and throwing mudballs at everyone. But I despise the quest in Betnikh, because of the low spawn rate. I wish it increased with the amount of players. Sometimes you find a spot without a lot of people waiting, but it feels like you have to be lucky.
