Account Charged $59.99 but no game was given to my account.
As the title shows my bank account was charged for the digital standard copy but the site said there was an error, checked my bank account online and sure enough my account was charged 59.99 but they never gave me a cd key or anything have been waiting for the better part of a day to hear back from customer service.

Should i just call my bank and stop the charge and wait for the next game i really feel like playing or something else because this is just ridiculous and already wasting allot of my time in a very unpleasant way1
