Hi
I have never had a problem up-to yet with buying or gifting crowns. However I've had this done to me today. I have placed a ticket via the PS4 Help options. Please could someone get back to me as I have had 150k taken from me, when I was trying to buy an item. I will not mention any PSN names on here. My Ref No is 181216-002367. If any of the team could please get back to me and I will give them more information. The offenders name , snapshots and video clip of the failed transaction.
