b101uk✭✭✭It’s the summoned spirits (blue) all along the Wyrd tree quest line that takes place after you put at the fires at the mill and have rescued all the villigers, I.E, around the Chill house/Wyrd Camp etc and the main Wyrd tree.2

Sihnfahl✭✭✭✭Yes, and we've been reporting it since Early Access Day 1. It's on their long list of quest things - but, right now, it's low since it's mostly cosmetic compared to other quests where people don't even spawn.1
