Has Customer Support halted for the holidays?

So, I have a ticket that's been sitting without reply for almost four days after I was given an update that went along the lines "we're moving this to the appropriate team" kind of thing. Usually, tickets are answered within one to two days, and I can't help but feel like this wait is a bit tad strange to the topic of the ticket itself.

Is it possible that this wait is due to the moderation teams moving on to their holidays or has my ticket simply been forgotten?

    Some specialty teams run about a week to 2 weeks. It depends what you are asking for. If your ticket was moved to said specialty team then you are in luck because that means you probably got the right person who'll know exactly how to help you if it is in there power to do so.

    It's in regards to a Crown Store issue and other questions in regards to my account. I just hope that they'll get back to me soon.

    I forget the person who I worked with in the past regarding the crown store, but it did take about a week and a half. And, she was awesome.

    I submitted my ticket december 2nd. Got a reply the same day that it's been directed to the appropriate team.

    No update since... 10 days and counting... Maybe they just wait until december 24th so that their reply will count as a christmas gift??? :smile:

    Had a character problem once, said character couldn't do some quests, send in ticket, was send to another team and then had to wait like 2 - 3 weeks before my ticket was answered and solved. Sometimes it depends of what kind of problem you have.
