Don't you have to put down the controller to type something? So you have the keyboard anyway?
Class reps are just like our politicians. They promise mountains made of gold for us, but in the end, whenever they can they try to push their own agenda.
Someone who wasted years playing ESO on console only to realize that performance would never get better on console so they swapped to PC in hopes that the performance would be slightly better so they could actually pvp without terrible lag. But sadly they had been playing ESO with a controller for years and figured it would be too much to re learn the game on a mouse and keyboard so they keep playing on a controller, even though they are at a disadvantage, and still manage to kill 99% of players they come across with a controller.

And unless you can type really fast with one hand, you have to put down the mouse to type something.
I learned to play action games on consoles over the years (Atari, Nintendo, Playstation 1-3) and PC was primarily turn based strategy games. Mouse and keyboard feel awkward to me, but I try to go back and get better with it every now and then.
Technically, you don't put down a mouse because it is already down. If it isn't down, you are using it wrong.BretonMage wrote: »...someone who likes using the controller to play ESO on PC.
One of my guildies has used a controller since launch. I believe he posted his setup on the forums aeons ago.
I assume you are talking about a Steam controller profile since it was a long time after launch that gamepad support was added to PC.
I have a Steam Controller. It is great when you want have no keyboard and a trackpad instead of a mouse or gamepad.

A console controller is extremely ergonomic and comfortable to use, even with it's input limitation. Keyboard diehards don't know what they're missing.

Does "orbweaver" count as controller? it has a thumbstick for easy wasd and 20 comfortably aligned buttons to operate with the other 4 fingers.
