question for dev team and bethesda server team theres a long story too in it

    i have invested over 250$ in DLC + summerset special edition with 3 dlc included.
    and its also an understatement that they imply that i should reinvest another 250$ if not more in DLC on my former account in order to play with it.. but the issue would remain the same.... i would regain access to my former account , thats nice, but it would have costed me well over 500$ for something that is not my fault and that part actually sucks
    If money is the issue maybe you could try and get the second account (assuming you are wanting to use the first account) refunded maybe. IDK if they do refunds on that stuff or not.

    what trouble? I haven't made a purchase with them that i regreted/wanted refund for so I'm not sure what the refund issue they apparently have is.

    This one sucks. Try the refund. That's the best course of action you can try.

    also they actually understood that it wasnt from one platform to another. and they said they dont know how to do it so im pushing them a bit more a. lets see how it goes

    I feel your pain, but ZOS doesn't do character transfer, even between accounts owned by the same person on the same server. They told you they don't.

    For some reason, you seem to think they are lying about not being able to do it

    Pretty sure that's not a, "don't," but a, "can't." As I recall from a couple threads back around launch, they can't really recreate existing characters on live (or at least, doing so would be extremely labor intensive.) So, they can create a limited template, if your character's been wiped somehow, but Customer Service can't really copy your characters around. (Especially on the same server, where the records would conflict.)

    It would 'ruin the economy' by people selling characters. (and just requesting ZoS to transfer them to someone elses account) Not by the amount of gold your character has. People can send that via mail already or through trading.

    In the email they say you can still reply to the email for more questions etc.

    In the email they say you can still reply to the email for more questions etc.

    To be fair, if it was a paid service, you could completely **** the economy for some rare items. "Oh, look, I have the box that drops from vAS hardmode. 6000 crowns, and five copies later, "oh look, I have sixteen copies of that box that drops from vAS hardmode," and it didn't even cost me anything, because other players "kindly gifted" me all of those copy tokens so they too could have a character that looked like it could clear vet Trials.

    true but as far as i now i never went into anything other than AA HRC and that was before they add justice system on my DK caster xD we are stil straying from the subject tho. i dont have crowns nor anything worth the issue, everything i is crafted by myself and dates from long ago
