✭✭✭✭✭Base damage IMO. off hand I do not recall a DK having anything that increases their crit damage.
I do question the lightning staff, especially on the front bar. Weaving of basic attacks from a fire staff would help increase your uptime of BSW. You can HA from your back bar. Not sure how much of a difference it would make. Whatever you are most comfortable with.0 -

✭✭Dot build I’d go Skoria over Grothdarr um and ramp up the damage with Spinners, Julianos. Structured Entropy for Major Sorcery. Even 1 Balorgh, 1 kena.
