Which should I prioritize. Crits or Base Damage?


Gear: BSW, Siroria and Grothar
Im using front bar lighting staff
Back Bar Fire.

Heavy attack build with Lighting Staf for Extra Dot Channel

DELETE and go make Magblade the godmode of high deeps of ESO, u can use the Godmode variation as Stamblade...everything else its not worthy of the title "DPS" .

Base damage IMO. off hand I do not recall a DK having anything that increases their crit damage.

I do question the lightning staff, especially on the front bar. Weaving of basic attacks from a fire staff would help increase your uptime of BSW. You can HA from your back bar. Not sure how much of a difference it would make. Whatever you are most comfortable with.

Light attacks in console are next to impossible with the horrible frame rates and latency issues. So, i am using HA instead or LA in combination with Mountain of Dots

Dot build I’d go Skoria over Grothdarr um and ramp up the damage with Spinners, Julianos. Structured Entropy for Major Sorcery. Even 1 Balorgh, 1 kena.
Dual Wield DESTRO. Main Hand Nirnhoned Weapon Damage, off hand Sharp Crusher, Destro nirnhoned flame damage and WRECK those peasants!
