    At least make it so that the water kills you. That way you can't jump off the edge and skip 2 bosses as easily.

    They should add more one shot mechanics and range AOE damage that eats through defense. /sarcasm

    Edit: Its painfully obvious that both sides of this issue can't take a joke :(

    At least make it so that the water kills you. That way you can't jump off the edge and skip 2 bosses as easily.

    You can skip both bosses without jumping into the water. The first dreugh just sits in his corner, it's easy to miss unless you're specifically looking for him and pull him. The crab and his swarm, they'll aggro but they can't cross the broken bridge and won't follow out of that area.

    The post itself is witty, but not really serious. ^^ There are many other easy dungeons, plus there's a progression of dungeon difficulty as they unlock during leveling - newbies also should have a dungeon they can run and make their first steps. Not their fault FG1 is now flooded with freeloaders.

    This is a starter dungeon. It is fine they way it is. Just need to fix GF. It would be unfair to newbies to scale up FG

    FG1 is a starter dungeon and meant to be easy. The only problem is the group finder.

    Look, if they could code it without breaking something, either make it so you have to defeat all the other bosses before the end boss even appears or you only get the daily random rewards for finishing the random you were assigned. That first would make it less attractive when, as someone said in another thread, you get a "longer" dungeon such as Spindle 1 but everyone was in such a hurry that they wanted to teleport to Fungal anyway. The 2nd one is the actual intent/spirit of the random reward, but the implementation in the programming is faulty.

    That would be fine cause you can skip basically the entire dungeon. You still have to go through and free the keepers to finish the dungeon.

    That is the complaint people have. The dungeon finder you should have to kill all the bosses to "complete" the group.

    No way! That is where I test out my builds! But then again, it would raise the bar. I guess if I can still solo a buffed FG1, i'd have a new bench mark to work with.

    Hell yeah! Give it a 600CP Entry gate, and i'd be totally down with that!

    (Note: i'm only 460, so this is not an elitist view point as I wouldn't even be allowed to queue for it)

    Why do so many people care about this? If you want to do a specific dungeon during the event, then just get a group together. If you don't have a group and need to pug and they port to fungal, then just do the dungeon. It takes like 10 minutes, and then try again.

If you queued for a dungeon and everyone else is random but they decide want to do Fungal instead, they've wasted your time. Other people care because it's an unintended loophole in the Random Dungeon Finder reward system and why should someone who's only intention is to run Fungal I to get the "random" rewards have the same consideration as those that are truly queueing for random dungeon.

    you can skip through most of spindle 1 (kill second, large spider boss and last boss) and darkshade 1 (kill mage guy and last boss) too so they'd have to change those dungeons too. only way to fix this would be a door after each boss.

    i hope they don't though i'm fine with the free choice for what boss you want to kill and not.

    I get the time thing. I queued for a random dungeon last night. Got put into coa2 with two dps already there. They were stuck on the boss with a lot of adds. She kept healing herself because they were not doing enough damage. I gave it 30 minutes realized they were not going to be able to do it and had to leave because I had a trial. Had to stay up even later than intended because I had to queue again to get my event tickets. Luckily some guilides were looking for someone for fungal. Finished in 7 minutes.

    Its always a gamble doing a pug, but a few minutes versus something that could take over an hour...it's an easy decision to just port to fg1

    That would be the absolute worst possible "solution" to the current problem.

    Which means ZOS is probably going to do just that ...

    This the issue was that most was just after the rewards and many had lots of alts so they selected random, if they got an long dungeon port to FG1.
    In the end people was LFG random FG1 :)

    Now this did not matter much however if this continues to be an standard, say people doing randoms for xp and want to switch to easy or pledge while the last need the dungeon.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    Yeah it's easy, but I love when people underestimate Hard Mode Kragh in Vet. Bit of a guilty pleasure of mine when I'm tanking and I see 15k health DD's get one shot nuked and turned to ash by Kragh's AOE.

    Let's just put a little wall or some type of barrier at the waterfall that people jump off, make the 2 trash Dreugh on the side of the room away from the Dreugh mini boss part that boss's aggro, with him immediately grabbing the whole party towards him as soon as the fight triggers and have Mr. Krabs hop into the Dreugh King battle if you try and skip him, leaving you fighting both bosses at the same time.

    BC1, make saving the keepers mandatory to open the way forward. IIRC, it used tobe like this for both BC1 and BC2 before 1T, so just reimplement it.

    For Spindle1, move spider mini boss in front of cave entrance, with a spider web blocking passage til Praxin's group burn it down. Widow Maker us fine where she is but maybe move Raboo more towards the cave passage to actually aggro if people get close.

    I feel as if a lot of the older dungeons need to be more difficult, make them more challenging again and engaging.

    I kinda agree. Even a group of level 10's can fly through FG1 due to the way lowbies strength is amplified.
