Need Help, Crowns did not Arrive

Hello,
The 1,500 crowns that I had bought just today and the 1,600 that I should receive from subscription did not reflect in my crown balance in-game. Something might have gone wrong at posting since it's as the same time as the server went down today.
Please help.

In my experience, you might receive a faster and more helpful reply if you post an Account Issue in the section Customer Support - General.
