Yep, happening for me as well with 4 player premade group. Everyone accepts, but still get the "declined" issue.
Between maintenance, can't load characters, and broken dungeon finder I'm having a worse time today than previous days in the event and will likely not get through all my characters and be short a day. At least. ✭✭✭✭✭It worked for me earlier this evening (PC EU). Admittedly I only tried once, but the fact that I only needed to try once was a vast improvement. Previously it's taken multiple tries with a mix of pre-made groups and solo queuing.

Worked ok yesterday at least, just some "someone declined invite" situations.
Now, I queue as a tank (which normally would quickly land me in a group), and absolutely nothing happens. Will come back in a few hours to see if it's been remedied.1 -

SiAScORCH✭✭✭✭This has been an issue for over 3 years. It'll never get fixed and every single time they try to fix one thing, they break two or three other things. The real issue is that ZOS needs better programmers, that or needs to sell the game to a company that will actually get things fixed.
I mean the dungeon finder has been broke for 3+ years, WHY on earth would any company with any clue make an event that relies on a KNOWN broken part of the game?
Any other company that has issues, addresses the issues when they're brought to their attention, especially when it's one of the major parts of the game. This is the only company that I've actually witnessed doesn't care.
Players: Dungeon finder is broken.
ZOS: Is it? Here, have an event that utilizes something that we know is broken.
Players: Dungeon finder is still broken.
ZOS: *Puts patch out*
Players: Dungeon finder is even more broken than before you tampered with it.

Mujuro✭✭✭✭PC/NA not steam. Doesn't matter with a pre-made group, solo or partial group, same result, which is "Someone declined the invite. You were placed at the front of the queue." This occurs even when you get "Ready check succeeded, group formed!".
EDIT: Apparently the queue will "aujto" decline if you don't accept affirmatively within six seconds. Additionally, if someone affirmatively declines, the group leader will continue to sit on the Ready Check, but the others will be "removed" and be "Status: Not Queued".Edited by Mujuro on December 1, 2018 7:32PM1 -

✭My guess would bet that the dungeon finder itself working just fine, but in peak times when too many people try to do dungeons it simply run out of available computing resources to initiate a new dungeon instance. So then while everyone in the party is ready, the dungeon the one which isn't

Jumped on at 11 AM PST this morning, nothing but "Someone declined." Tried a couple of re-logs, no luck.

temjiu✭✭✭✭Yup, still broken, worse then it was before. Any chance you could revert the patch? it was at least partially working before. Now I can't even get into a group solo queuing. At all. Exact same issue people are bringing up.

Timers never gets passed 30sec. Forming Group ~ Follow by instnt Ready Check again. Started doing this about 45 mins ago.

Yes, it's broken, again. I'm an ESO Plus member for a half year and i'll decline my subscription.
PC, EU, PREMADE ( !!! ) group, not Steam. Just try to imagine how angry and tired is ESO community.
