We live in Anchorage,Alaska and we had a pretty big earthquake. In fact that road that was completely broken up was probably a block away from our house. No internet for us right now, so if you could give us an extra day to get our stuff would be a big help!

✭✭✭✭✭Wow, hope you are all okay - saw that on the news earlier, seriously frightening! I hope ZOS is kind about this. If you have the ability to somehow put in support tickets, that might be a better option.

FinneganFroth✭✭✭✭✭Sorry to hear that. Doubt it will happen though. Nothing like that was done for North Carolina and the hurricane (I believe it was that natural disaster). Honestly, it would be hard for ZOS to do this for every sort of incident throughout the world since it is a global game. That would almost be a full time job in and of itself.0 -
