    The 'GAME REGISTRATION CODE' you received along with whichever physical copy of the game you purchased.

    Enter the Game Registration Code that came with the game in the space provided, and you will be taken to the Subscription Page.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:

    If you purchased a physical copy of the game, your code(s) will be included with the game.
    If purchased digitally, the code(s) will be included in the e-mail confirmation of your purchase.
    If you haven't purchased the game yet, click on "Visit Store"

    I purchased digitally, however the e-mail confirmation of my purchase did not contain any Game Registration Code

    If you ordered from a separate site they will most likely be in your digital content section for previous purchases. You may need to agree to Terms of Service before being able to view the codes.

    hey dude i just got a reply on my forum post saying if we pre-ordered straight off the site the 30 days will be added directly to our account so all we have to do is set up a subscription plan.

    Yes,but in order to set up a sub account u need to pay something up front.
    In other words, if i got this right, u need to pay another fee before the 30 days free time triggers.

    yeh pretty much, its a *** move but it seems thats the only way were getting to use what we already paid for.. if you use a credit card or paypal they will charge u $15 but then return it, i personally dont have a credit or debit card so i have no choice but to spend money i dont have to travel across town to a game retailer and hope that they have game cards in atm where i will have to cough up more money i dont have for the game card that i wont be refunded for..

    Unless you absolutely do not want to use Paypal then you can setup Paypal, setup it to use your bank account. If works purely so then good, if not then deposit 15$ to the Paypal account from your bank and the verification should go through.

    I think that's better than going all the way other side of the town to get gamecard.

    yeh i think i may go through paypal, i have a bank account linked with it but it takes 3 business days for funds to transfer from my bank to paypal.. either way i wont be on tonight unfortunately

    Thanks. I preordered off of the ESO site and did not enter a code when I set up my plan. It seemed to work though. You have explained why above.

    The support page has been updated to state that pre-purchase through the ESO store is automatically registered, so in my case, I don't need to enter a Game Registration Code. Support did reply to me saying "there needs to be sufficient funds in the credit card etc used to set up the subscription plan", which there is in my case. I now await further instructions as to why I can not set up a subscription plan. Don't get me wrong, I want to enter a plan, I want to pay for the service, I just can not :neutral_face:

    No feedback from support. I tried setting up my subscription plan again and this time it authorised immediately. I can now log in. I hope anyone else having same problem as I did, finds waiting 24 hours solves this issue.
