Can't redeem the game code

So I preordered the Imperial edition at GMG, got the keys on 4.4. then tried to redeem the main game code and stuck at the subscription plan I tried with my card and it just says that its not authorized? I don't understand why does it has to be so complicated to continue our already payed 30 days and choose if we want to continue the next month after these 30 days? What are you doing Zenimax and Bethesda to us? What now Im losing my time and money and still can't just freaking redeem the bought game codes and continue as normal? Will you gave us the alternative way to use our 30 days included or what?

Fenbrae✭✭✭I always advice people to use PayPal. It's the easiest way to pay subscription fees since it's easy to set up and it links both your credit card and bank account so you will never be without funds.
