It's only a bit later that I realize that the term "screwed over" may have been too strong a word, but my comment on disproportionate give-and-take between consumer and seller still stands. I appreciate the concession they made for us though I would like for a way to exchange things I don't want for something more useful. I dislike having all this wasted potential that I have in unwanted items when I know it could have been turned into something I do want.
