I was one of them, only had about 12 dollars in my account. it places a 15 dollar hold and if you don't have 15 dollars, well, you know what happens...I called them and it took me like 3 minutes to get a 30 day code from them. bang, zoom, and playing... i spent hours pouring over the forums and it took 3 minutes to get it fixed.. and right now there is only about a 30 second hold till you get someone..0
