That being said I would say the poison morph of the spammable should just do solid damage with no dot attached to it, instead of a weak damage model with a dot similar to acid spray. Mostly because bow is already full of poison dots and secondly Dk also has 3 poison dots. There are enough of them I believe.

Thus making Bow only be used backbar except in a few select, non-meta, builds. Snipe shouldn’t be a skill as it is, it’s limiting the potential of Bow in PvE and causing massive amounts of rage in PvP for multiple reasons.
So here is my proposal:
Snipe should become the Bow ultimate and Rapid Fire should become the first skill in the Bow weapon line, and also the spammable.
What does this accomplish?
This fully removes snipe spam from PvP while also providing a main bar dps weapon for PvE. We all have played games that have a rapid fire bow skill that feels awesome to use, why lock that behind an ultimate cost. Snipe ganking could still be possible but will require the player to charge their ultimate before attempting a gank. Now, normally I am not the person to suggest morphs or damage numbers but I’m going to propose some interesting ideas that I thought could help Bow in PvE without hindering Performance in PvP.
The changes:
Snipe:(New Ultimate)
Plant a masterfully aimed arrow into an enemy's vital spot, dealing “X” Physical Damage. (Balance in line with Berserker Strike).
Comment: nothing really changed compared to the live skill, just needs damage numbers adjusted to mirror other single target ultimates. Shorten cast time.
Morphs:
1.) Weakened Prey:
Plant a masterfully aimed arrow into an enemy's vital spot, dealing “X” Physical Damage. The arrow’s impact causes the target to bleed for “X” damage every second for “X” seconds. While the target is bleeding, your damage done to the target is increased by “X”%.
Comment: I know bleeds are strongly impacting PvP but I think a bleed tied to an ultimate would be balanced. Also adding a bleed to the Bow weapon line, gives Bow users a fighting chance against high armor targets. Increasing the damage done to the target provides an interesting alternative to other ultimates such as Dawnbreaker, or class ultimates.
2.) Cursed Arrow:
Plant a masterfully aimed explosive arrow into an enemy's vital spot, dealing “X” Physical Damage. After “X” seconds the arrow explodes dealing “X” physical damage to enemies within the radius. Enemies closer to the exploding target take “X”% more damage, dropping in percentage as targets are further away.
Comments: This was a change that I wanted to add for multiple reasons. One, everybody loves explosive arrows, they are extremely satisfying to use. However, scattershot and it’s morphs do a terrible job representing a true explosion. Two, it provides a high burst AoE ultimate for Bow users in PvE. Its strength comes from great group synergy. A Tank that manages to pull multiple trash enemies in one area will make this ultimate very strong for quickly eliminating trash targets. Three, for PvP, this change affects ball groups. Hopefully making them spread out more and in turn, generate less lag. I do not want this to one shot zergs in PvP. I just want it to do a decent amount of damage that is noticeable without being overpowered.
Rapid Fire:(First Active Skill)
Quickly unleash five arrows at an enemy, dealing “X” Physical Damage over 0.6 seconds. You can move at full speed while channeling this attack.
Comments: I changed the amount of projectiles and the channel time to mirror “Flurry” from the Dual Wield Weapon Line. Removed immunity to disabling effects from the “live ultimate” tooltip.
Morphs:
1.) Toxic Barrage:
Unleash a barrage of arrows at an enemy, dealing “X” Poison Damage over 0.6 seconds. After the barrage ends you poison the enemy, dealing an additional “X” Poison Damage over 9 seconds. You can move at full speed while channeling this attack.
Comments: No real changes. Same skill as the live ultimate but the damage values and channel time were made to mirror “Flurry”. Damage over Time effect raised to 9 seconds, to mirror “Twin Slashes” from the Dual Wield Weapon Line but should have a slightly lower damage value since it can be cast at range.
2.) Steadfast Salvo:
Quickly unleash five arrows at an enemy, dealing “X” Physical Damage over 0.6 seconds. The initial shot’s damage is increased by “X”%. You also inflict the target with minor fracture and you gain minor brutality for “X” seconds. You can move at full speed while channeling this attack.
Comments: This may have caught some of you by surprise with the amount of extra effects it provides. Here’s my thoughts, increasing the initial damage will give it more burst in PvP, while also making it comparable to “Rending Slashes” initial tick of damage for PvE. Inflicting the target with minor fracture, gives some utility that was taken away from moving snipe to the ultimate. Since minor fracture isn’t found often in skills, it will provide a nice buff to the group damage in PvE, while also being a nice single target damage buff in PvP, which could also be cleansed by the target providing some counter play. Gaining minor brutality is, again, because it’s a unique buff that isn’t always accessible in fights. Provides a nice self buff for PvE and PvP.

Why did you remove Ballista?!
Well Ballista was an “interesting” skill to me, I don’t think it necessarily fit in the game, it looked ridiculous and just had made me question the lore behind it. However, that is not why I did not make a morph for it. Originally, Ballista was tied to the “Rapid Fire Ultimate” as a morph. Provided decent dps for PvE and good pressure in PvP but adding in a Ballista style morph for the proposed, new “Snipe Ultimate” would be weird considering it’s a single shot. Adding it to the proposed, new “Rapid Fire Skill” would just hurt Bow DPS overall and make clunky rotations(in my opinion). Providing morphs like “Weakened Prey” still give PvE’ers a nice Ultimate that provides good damage over time while buffing their damage against a single target, which is comparable to the current, Live Ballista Ultimate. It also provides strong pressure in PvP scenarios but requires you to take risks and stay aggressive to gain it’s full potential.
Where is the Major Defile?!
Gone, completely. In my opinion no ranged skills should provide major defile. I thought about maybe adding minor defile to the ultimates but then decided that it could be provided by enchantments.
So let me know what you all think about these changes. I know it was a long read and the tool tips are cryptic since they don’t provide any real values, but I’m not here to balance damage, I’m here to “Make Bow Great Again”! These changes should make Bow much more enjoyable and rewarding to use in both PvE and PvP scenarios.

You got it right, Ballista looks ridiculous. That skill's creation was nothing but a rush job and it shows.

I think this is a valid argument but you could also get off two rapid fires during the cast time for snipe. You’re just saying that an enemy player could heal through rapid fire but not so much the burst provided by a snipe from stealth?

Yeah thats what i'm saying by the time you get off a dot players would have already healed through it not to mention a dk with wings it's already hard enough to get a snipe on a dk with wings up let alone multiple arrows like rapid fire i have one shotted myself with with the bow ultimate on a dk when i had it reflected back at me with snipe if it gets relected i have time to roll dodge out of the way before i get hit with it

Whats wrong with snipe spam in pvp? I shouldn’t be able to cheese snipe someone but they should be able to brainlessly spam steel tornado on me?
