    Lucky you! Seems like anyone with Imperial Edition has a large chance of not being so lucky. So I don't see your point? Look around the forums, people have this issue.

    People who have ordered digital editions from Amazon, Gamestop, and Gamefly (possibly others) have reported receiving their keys. The confusion stemmed from the fact that these sites, in many cases, failed to send an actual e-mail containing the key. Instead, people who have ordered from those retailers have reported success in obtaining their keys by actually logging into their Amazon, Gamestop, or Gamefly account and retrieving the keys manually.

    I can't find a number anywhere... Can you provide it for me.

    The only key I see is the early access which is used up.

    @felixgamingx1 I will try that.

    I was always under the impression digital codes came from the vendor you chose to do business with.

    In my case I chose to buy direct from the source. No third party involved. But that's me.

    Back to you. I would (assuming you have already.) contact your third party vendor again and check up your access code. I do not think eso customer service will be able to assist you. Though I could be wrong. I have been in the past.

    Probably right.

    @PerfectTemplar‌

    Even if ESO support COULD help you, they are CRUSHED right now. Try contacting Neoseeker, they will be able to get you an answer much quicker, even if they CAN'T help you.

    What do you gain by criticizing a CSR complaint?

    Yeah, we had a guy try to lodge a BBB complaint against hte Motel I work at, but since he hadn't tried to pursue it with us at ALL (let alone to a satisfactory degree called "good faith effort") the whole thing was rightly tossed out; in our case, we bent over backwards for the guy as soon as he actually communicated to us there was a problem.

    @psychedelicpsycho‌

    Many of us are really pissed, but realistically we need to wait it out a while longer and let hte company try to fix it, even if we'd prefer to go to war. :P

    defend them? lol they gave us how many day's of pre release and even a few days of play time after the drop date of the game and now they want to say we cant play unless we give them our billing information? *** that. they deserve what they get for doing business like this

    Well, for Australia the Zenimax Australian toll free number does not actually work. So that happened.... I have bought games from gametap before without any issues. I really can't see why this has happened. And I think I might just get a refund.

    Hello, there! If you preordered a copy of the game from a third-party retailer, please contact them if you have not received your code from them. Thank you!

    Exactly this. Bought Imperial Edition PC download version from Amazon and didn't received code to e-mail so I went straight to Amazon site, logged in and under my game library got my keys. So i suggest people to check first and if for some reason there aren't any keys contact shops support/customer service.

    lol that makes no sense. and the BBB one is just child's play compared to the federal trade commission. if we dont complain and show them we mean business they will just keep things the way they are. this is a greedy corporation were talking about here. thats why the gave us a few days to play without this bull ***.

    Well, protip: Don't buy from gametap because on the occasion they don't send you a key, their customer support is horse ***.
