I had a similar occurence 6 hours ago. Went to my bank after relogging, it was completely empty. Relogged. Went to bank, it was full again. All bank upgrades gone. Also got the 4-5 'startup' mails with Ritual of Mara, 4 pets and so on again. So now I have double Ritual of Mara, pets and so forth. Tell you what Zenimax. Take away all my pets, all my rituals of mara, and give me back my bank upgrade slots. Seeing as my full bank went from being upgraded to having 60 slots, there were items lost in the process. I would like those reimbursed as well.
I'm not even sure what to do. I really kinda need bank space to play the game properly, but don't want to have to rebuy the slots. And if I did what would happen if by some miracle they did decide to pay attention to this bug?
I am not very hopeful as zenimax has proven they don't really pay attention to bug reports or support tickets. Never once has one been responded too with anything other than an automated response.
I too have lost all my bank upgrades and any items that were lost in the process. Really infuriating. I put in a ticket and expect a response, as I won't gamble my gold by purchasing upgrades that will eventually disappear.
As suspected I got nothing more than an auto generated response and the ticket being closed. This is truly some of the worst customer service I have seen from a software company. I don't think they even read the tickets.
