This is actually two question at once and i usually not like to make these but Its neccesery.

So question #1 - Hopefully not im the only one who got no ouroboros crates from this weekend?

2# - why does the support is slow? . (yes the grand question) I had a ticket what they answered after 2 week. And now im having an another which stated as we will connect you soon... Really..

    Well if that's the case, it's their loss i guess because i won't be watching anymore. Twitch streams (imo) is nothing more than advertising. Watching is something that benefits ESO and should be rewarded always. Now that it's not, there is no incentive for me to keep watching.

    I haven't gotten one in the whole CwC twitch event thing. A friend of mine got one every day.....

    I also didn’t recieve any Crates from this past weekend watching ESO Twitch Streams. I watched the same Streamers that I have watched in the past for drops, but got nothing for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I know it says ‘A Chance’ to get the drops because they’re not 100%, but not getting any all weekend means something wasn’t working correctly. I saw lots of people asking on different streams why they weren’t getting the crate drops each day for watching.

    As @Alex_Lex said... they nerfed the twitch drops so hard I rarely get anything now (probably to prevent us getting a sufficient gem supply out of them).

    I got 1 drop and I had streams up for the whole time the drops were on this weekend.

    When they were up before that I also got just 1 drop during those several days.


    And as some people noted, I did not even receive the "guaranteed" drop from Bethesda official stream :(

    I didn't get any as well. Normally get at least one drop a day.

    While having the streamers on my other computer while I was playing was nice, it is annoying to get nothing while having the streamers on for 10 hours was...annoying.

    I watched streams for over 8 hours...and didn't get one crate. So I have no idea what is going on.

    Ive given up watching Twitch streams as I rarely get a drop. Would rather play the game than watch someone else play anyway :)

    Apparently after update 20 and when Murkmire came out it was supposed to be given out
    Edit: submitted a ticket, hopefully this gets resolved

    It was nice they supported their twitch community for a while, but with the new drop rate, there's just no incentive to prioritize it over something else.

    I haven't got a single create in November so now when I have a while to watch Twitch I go and watch DBD streams.

    I've attended to all steams this month and only got a box on my first try. All other tries have lead to nothing and I highly doubt I'll ever get anything out of it from now on.

    I got hundreds of gems from free crates and plenty of them from Twitch boxes. I guess ZOS realized people like me can buy now 400 gems mounts and something else from crates rewards without real cash investments. So they nerfed all crates sources.

    Free crates are all but gone.
    * Twitch drops are such a low drop rate.
    * NO crates in this months daily rewards
    * and no more event crates(log in kill mob get crate) But in lieu of that we now get to pay money(sub) to be able to to spend MORE money on limited crown store items.

    The suits must have realized they can pinch out a few more pennies by taking them away cause they are pushing crown store stuff REALLY hard. More then they have in the past by a lot.

    This is all twitch drops I got:
    12 in August.
    20 in September.
    6 in October.
    2 in November watching every possible stream, even got 3 not scheduled streams.

    *Sigh*
    This is not a good trend.
