Did you just really threaten to sue the company after you selected yes to this agreement before playing. Then foolishly enough post this on the public forums with no supporting evidence or argument what so ever?

    Good luck pal...

Nothing there mentions paying or accepting a pre-auth or signing up for a single thing. I selected my preferred sub plan long ago, in my head.

A law suit would be jumping the gun. Open a customer service support ticket through the website and let it process. It is going to take some time. They will take care of you, whether you want support or just a refund.

    First:
US laws does not apply in the the EU.

Every disclaimer you "agree" to AFTER paying for a product is irrelevant because you were not able to see it before paying. That´s the law!

    Second:
We all paid for these "free" 30 days... these 30 days are not a subscription!
The subscription starts AFTER 30 days!

Cost of a lawyer 150-1000 dollars per hour
Cost of the digital imperial edition $79.99

Considering your chances of winning against a major company on any issue is pretty slim, as money equals power and more consideration from legal systems, why would you want to sue, ever.

In Germany there is something called AdvoCard.
You pay a little fee every year and if you want to sue someone they do it for "free"!
With "free" I mean they sue people and dont charge you extra money... not like this "free" 30 days of "unlimited" blabla.
I bet every country has something similar to this ;)

Yes, I get a service like that through my employer in Maine, USA. It only costs me 5 dollars a month. :)
