Research during Respec?

I can't remember how this works, but what happens to your current trait research when you respec and lose all the passives that reduce research time and allow multiple traits to be researched at once?
Do I lose my research if I respec and then choose the passives again?

The passives adjust the "base" time that it takes to finish the research, so it would reduce those. When you respec it goes back to the full timer, so when you put the points back in, it is then reduced again. ✭✭✭✭Research remains, you only lose the time bonus, even if you're researching more than you subsequently are allowed to.
Once you get down to a handful of days remaining, you can safely remove the passive points.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
Earn it.
IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS5
