Problem was on my end. Servers are fine, nice ping and no lag.

✭✭"make sure you have a valid internet connection" is the common one for me, while switching between characters. Also seeing a lot of players rubber banding in different zones, on pc/na.
Watched a bit of the clip attached. Got large lag spike like that, a few days ago.
