I don't know if they sell, but it's ridiculous. Mother's Sorrow rings are probably the easiest rings in the game to farm. I can get 4-5 an hour. Of course, they are purple and blue, but damn.

Don't tell me, I loot those Deshaan chests regularly, up to 50-60 in a row when in the mood for lottery. You will be lucky if you got one purple ring of mother sorrow within hour.. and blue.. they cost nothing, 350-500.

Deshaan is a pretty empty zone, especially at off hours. If you get the timing right, you can reset the timers on the dolmens.

I can solo dolmens at about 20/hour. You'll get your rings.
