The wrath spammers might defacto chop 20% of your health, but they are nothing compared to the level of *** that a snipe can bring. The DKs are annoying and a bit too noob friendly cause they can spam foss until it CCs without a cost but are rare and have to be melee. Healers are near broken in how easy, effective, and safe they are.

Re: healers, tru tru. I main an earthgore-wearing Dunmer vamplar healbot in Sotha and I can wade through a metric f***ton of AoE in mist form and come out the other side with one cast of Honor The Dead at 100% health. You may have seen me :D What makes it even more interesting is that I wear 5+1+1 light/med/heavy. So, basically a snowflake. And - yet - I survive.

As a side, I enjoy luring tornado-spamming gankblades into the loving arms of my stealthed counter-zerg compatriots. That's always a lot of fun.

Probably the lag when one is near by.

This. Who in their right mind will attack a zerg when they are solo? Essentially the OP is asking who is crazy enough to attack a group of 20 while solo.

You would be surprised after this dlc dropped. It is a full blown potato field!! You always could harass them and lure a few eager ones away to kill but 1 v X is still alive. Also, better players tend not to post whining rage threads when they die. Except for the few YouTubers that coasted on one class and are now just bitter little pills.

    Drain shot spammers.
    Mage light spammers.
    Chain pull spammers.
    Gankers hiding inside a Zerg.
    Heal bots saving the day.
    Earth gore spammers.
    Snipe spammers.
Mark spammers.(not as bad, but still annoying regardless)
Raids that stack more than 24 players in a tight ball group.
Raids that drop their objectives to chase and dump all their ults on one person when they could’ve done that against an actual enemy group.

But lag is the biggest culprit on why everything goes awry and in ZOS’s ignorance.... refuses to address it and the other issues in this patch.

Zergs don't really bother me when solo. I avoid them or engage them from a flank--if I die, it's not meaningful loss, if I do some damage, it's a win.

Some of the listed aspects of a zerg are more frustrating when playing in a small group that is trying or expecting to hold it's position in an open fight, but there's a lot to unpack there...

It's just snipe spammers hiding behind melee people. Also an issue in BGs. No skill, just snipe.

    No skill, just Fossilize.

    No skill, just Cloak.

    No skill, just Jabs.

    No skill, just Mage's Wrath.

    No skill, just Steel Tornado.

    No skill, just Birds.

    No skill, just Dawnbreaker, etc.

PvP never required "skill" to be good, just good stat numbers and abilities.

The Zergling Dks spamming chains and fossilize so their zerg can catch you
its the snares and their mass self heal-lings and the fact that none of them seem to be able to be crowd controlled that bother me from zergs.

    you are unable to move!
i hit break free repeatedly over and over yet i cant move and they rush in and kill me within .0023 of a second

and the whole time they are unable to be crowd controlled
they mass heal out of anything i throw at them
and they have 10 million damage aimed at me alone.

the greatest of these is the "unable to move" part, because:
even if i do get a break free and theres a 1 second chance then all i see is my character repeating the "break free" animation about 4 times in a row, and then he dies.

When a 20 or 30-man zerg runs circles around a keep in celebration after PvDooring it and downing the ~5 or so defenders that bothered to show up.

EDIT: This applies as a solo player complaint because there have been so many times I felt like, and maybe was, the only person trying to defend an easily defensible keep.

It's usually the large groups that complain though lol, why do you think the solo player/smallscalers are the ones being nerfed over and over. But yeah I don't mind zergs at all, it's just another playstyle.

Or maybe the OP is asking what bothers you the most when a zerg comes after you. Which they will do whether you are solo or not in my experience.

But to answer the OP - definitely the constant snaring. It's so annoying when I'm trying to get away from a mob of players only to have that crap spammed on me, as if it's not hard enough to stay alive on this game when you are out-numbered as it is.

The person wearing earthgore saving an overextending zergling you were going to punish
The healbots who only spam breath or use rite/resto ult when you're attacking someone, spam jabs and radiant when you're not, use purifying light on cooldown to amplify all the damage you're taking, have total dark as their only cc, ress those that got 1vX'd in 1 second, hold block and spam breath or mist form away when you show any remote signs of attacking them and goes and call for backup if you somehow manage to wipe everyone else are the most annoying.

The snipetards that dodge roll 7 to 9 times in a row when you show any signs of attacking them and spam cloak up to 10 times in a row but are able to condense 3 8k snipes at once and continue landing 1 every second keeping permanent major defile up on you, have absolutely no healing except for healing from their teammates are also near impossible to kill without something to pull them out of stealth effectively and also if they have decent teammates who heal them or do too much dps to you preventing you from focusing them till they dodge out of stamina are also super annoying.

I hate zergs far more when when I'm in a small/medium group trying to do something constructive, and get run over by 50+ players and so lagged out I can't even move and skills wont go off. That's also the worst aspect of zergs hands down, how it ruins performance.

I don't care as much about zergs if solo. Mainly because playing without care. I wont cross the entire map and try to take something, so no big deal if i die.

Large raids are normally easy to outmaneuver if solo, since they have tunnelvision and move in specific directions, towards grouped up players for more AP. If you stand on the sides&flank when solo, they'll ignore you for the longest of time.

But I do find it pretty annoying when people spam Steel Tornado on top of my dead corpse lol. Like when you already been dead for 5-10 seconds and a bunch of prima ballerinas are so damn braindead, they wont even notice. Really shows how careless you can be if in a zerg, not even paying attention to basic stuff, like if the enemies are dead or not.
