Elder Scroll Online and Bethesda.net accounts are separate. You do not need a Bethesda.net account to play ESO on any platform.

as we know theres 3 sides of the truth , theirs yours and the truth.
at the end of the day who is still giving the statistics graph upwards is us the gamers , not the other way around.
the time in the gaming world is changin , from corporations who make a product for gamers, then rip it apart by agenda,
there should be a midway somwhere "the silver linining" where the gaming company actualy are 100% backing up game to top notch .
ever since prelaunch 1 week and onwards we all know as been a terrible setup when it comes to maintenance and fixes, since then the issues have been bulking up as a dorment volcano ready to explode,
give us the truth Zenimax, what is ur agenda towards gamers realy?, to ensure a healthy respectfull game ? or to just have a "platform portfolio of investment"
what is the plans for eso future? to keep this train going the same speed. or to actualy give the gamers what they respectfull deserves.
1 . a more thurrow and communicative customer relations. face to face ingame solutions.
2 . actual ingame game masters who can root out stuff and actualy have admin to fix certain things,
Elderscrolls online game is an amazing game with so mutch potential for the better.
how mutch more can u take the constant bugs ,lags ,loadscreens , and tons of other issues?
how mutch more of your Life Time do u want to use playing a game where the devs maybe trying but "maby" not hard enough?.
ofc issues occure , can we the gamers get a propper maintenance , a proper patch note , instead of seeing a "fixed a issue in crownstore" patch note on maintenance days ?.
just feels like gaming companys is kicking their gamers for gold " rather the making it grow in a healthy and realy productive way , for both gamer and company .
there should not be a split here , but as the gaming world moves into the future and learn from progression and failures the ones actualy holding the real power is us the gamers.
start treating gamers with the respect and curtosy we deserve.
