Add Cyrodiil conscription

ZOS should to add Cyrodiil conscription to make PVP more populated. Everyone who doesn't own enough AP should be force locked into Cyrodiil with every character above 160 CP until they earned enough AP. OR they can pay decent amount of gold as war tax every week/month. Similar situation we can see in real life in countries like Russia or Israel. PVE scrubs can't just chilling in PVE zone while war is going on!
These measures would solve two problems: make PVP more populated and decrease quantity of gold from the game because now there are too many gold in game economy which is leading to inflation/gold devaluation.

Just throw extra rewards onto the dailies, Molag Bal, and Rewards of the Worthy and they'll come of their own accord (and whine when the PVPers kill them).7 -

B. Someone trying to impose their vision of how others should play. I'd like to assume most players know perfectly well whether they enjoy PvP or not. And if not, forcing them into PvP will cause them to leave ESO. JimmyJuJu✭✭✭✭The idea of enforcing "tribute" to your faction is somewhat interesting. However, penalizing PvE players for not participating in PvP probably won't work. ESO is largely a PvE game with an interesting PvP component, not the other way around.6

We use your plan of conscription for PvE players, but in turn any PvP player that has logged over XXX Ap points are forced into retirement and receive a monthly stipend of 1,000 gold for their service to the cause.
Oh, and free health care for life.7 -
PVE scrubs
This entire game is PVE scrubs, there is no real PVP in ESO, it's all completely canned, you can level and gear in perfect safety and pvp only when you choose to, and you can quit the pvp instances at any time and access the entire rest of the game, your actions towards other players have absolutely no consequences here, there's no item looting, the only coin looting is a superfluous currency, ESO is blue through and through. What we call pvp here is a series of minigames.
It's fun, it's easily accessible to players of all skill levels, but it's nothing to puff your chest up about imo.
I don't care about conscription, I want a pvp server with ffa ruleset for the entire overland.
Instead of forcing people to play instanced minigames with you, we could have actual pvp between people who deliberately want to play pvp.
Imagine if everybody had to fight instead of farm. Actually fight I mean, not just set up kettles of the throngs of people who just want a stam heal ect.1 -

On a more serious note, not a very good idea, imo. No added incentive for going into Cyrodiil, and your pretty much forcing pvp on pvers with no real rewards. The game already has plenty of that, for both sides. Grinding AP for alliance war abilities for pve, and grinding for gear in dungeons and whatnot for pvp.0 -

I can't think of a better way to improve the game, and it's not like people are inventive when it comes to trolling others, so there's no possible way they could work out how to mess up a campaign or anything, right?
