Getting started with werewolf

There's a setup that I see winning almost every battlegrounds I play
Werewolf + Torugs infused oblivion damage
If there's 2 of them, it's almost always a stomp (example1, example2)
They're very hard to target with 4 wolves, deal good damage with torugs+bleeds and they're very hard to take down
So I want to give it a try
Does anyone have more info about that setup? like which are the other sets to use?
