I propose a new mechanic to skills to prevent spaming some OP ones.
Like dodge roll, skills (not spammable ones and finishers) should got a timer + an increase resources if fired before the timer ends.
one example:
- Skill fired
- timer 3 sec
- if Skill fired before timer is out +20% increase in ressources
- timer reset to 3 sec + 2 sec penality
- if Skill fired before timer is out +50 % increase in ressources
- timer rest to 3 sec + 4 sec penality
- if skill is fired before timer is out +100% ressources increase.
Also, lower some OP skill ressources needed for about 30% since the increase is now integrated.
