Does anyone have one for Zenimax? I don't like sending emails into a black hole, would rather just talk to a human being.

    Under support at the top you can select phone, and put in your number and info for them to call you. I am waiting for a call from them myself. Seems slightly better than a black hole, but I may be wrong. It seems like these companies involved don't like talking to their customers.

    How'd you get a hold time? Mine just keeps sending me in a circle, where pressing zero to speak to someone causes ringing, which then goes back to the welcome message.

    Well, Since I cannot play, I will post in forums send emails, and try to make phone calls with Zenimax and Amazon until it is time for me to go to work, or I am able to play ESO :) I could play other games, and would probably accomplish more with my life, but hey, why not? I'm angry and have time to kill.

    Been on hold with ZOS for just over three hours now. Tried calling Gamestop to see if they could help and an actual person (outsourced, but real) answered the phone in less than 20 seconds... lol :'(

    I'm still waiting on a callback; it's been a day, but given it's over the weekend, I'm guessing the soonest I'll get to speak to anyone is tomorrow, realistically.

    Did GS tell you the same thing they told me? That the promised 2-business-days-after-game-ships for it to take to get our emailed codes is on a "delay" due to GS not having them, and with absolutely no estimation of when those codes might go out.

    No, I asked the lady to cough up my game registration key. Due to the fact I ordered a physical Imperial Edition she said to just hang tight and enjoy the night. I almost died laughing.

    the lines get cut off when support leaves entirely for the day so they are still there...probably all huddled under cubicles crying as all of their lines are flashing at the same time.

    with all the complaints that are happening?
    people wouldn't take it very kindly
    it's obviously to pretend they are there...

    Also make sure you logged in to the right server. Your NA server characters wont appear on the EU server and the other way around.

    Every time I log on and get in the game I start playing for maybe 15 mins and get kicked. It keeps telling me it's my internet connection. When I test my connection it is strong. I have a better connection then a friend of mine and he has no problems.

    Okay... so i went to the siege place - and its the ONLY quest I was able to pick up ... had to follow it through in it's entirety. Zenimax could easily have told me this though when I asked them and put in a ticket ... instead of the "Have you tried logging out and logging in?" generic response...

    Spent several hours having to work it out for myself.

    I am attempting to return to ESO after a long time away from the game. I cannot remember my password and have tried password reset many times over the past 3 days. I have yet to receive the email containing a reset link. All other tech support options refer me to a page which requires me to log in. How can I log in if I don't have the password? Is there any way to talk to someone or email someone to get password reset information? I'm stuck and about to give up.
