My gamefly code was not being accepted, this was the one and only code that they emailed to me and it was previously accepted. Upon logging into my Gamefly account and looking at my purchase of TESO it ends up this was a code only specifically for the 5 day early access. There was another code for the game itself that was displayed in my purchases, but never emailed to me. I entered this in and was able to advance.

This may help others on Amazon or other vendors, I'm not sure. I figured I would post it because I was seeing many others had this same issue.
