Not sure about PVE as I kinda got bored of that a while back.
Orc / Argonian seem like a good all-round choice for stamina.
For Magplar I guess it depends on if you want to Heal, DD or Tank. Personally I go Breton / Altmer / Orc.1 -

✭✭✭✭MagdenI have created characters of all classes, at least one stamina & magicka of each one, trained riding 60/60/60, purchased all backpack upgrades, leveled them to 50, leveled all combat skills to 50, with all skills morphed and trained to rank IV, and then trained all crafting skills. Then most of those characters went into a semi-dormant state as daily writ crafters after a respec. Once every 3-4 months I pick up one and send him around Tramriel to pick up skill points & lore books for mages guild, then AvA and Undaunted. The latest one is my Stamina Sorcerer, who is about half way trough his journey, having started out in late September and he's already a pretty capable fighter, with 8 AvA, 6 Undaunted and ~270 skill points. Next in line are Magicka NB (2019Q1), Stamina Templar (2019Q2) and Magicka Warden (2019Q3).Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break

Every of them would be a good choice for pvp and pve
But in my opinion
If you want some pvp cc action then go for magden to freeze them all^^
For pve i would suggest you a stamden
For pvp and pve i would take a stamden or stamsorc
But reading your post let me think about the fact that you play all classes except warden and you play more mag than stam classes
So i guess you should take a stamden^^

In general stamina is dominating PvP and stamden is one of the best stam classes. It's the only class with spamable burst stamina heal, easy access to major mending, cheap ulti genrating projectile shield, amazing burst options, quite good sustain. Imho its bursty, better version of stamDK.I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.0 -

I have access to imperial btw, and consider all stamina races and argonian for it. Any suggestions on that?0 -

I play healers or DPS often for vet dungeons and trials (NA, CP810+). I play mostly elves or Argonians.
I primarily play Damage-Based stuff in PvP, but occasionally I'll play something tanky or got the heals.
I also love gaining more knowledge both metaphysical and mundane regarding TES lore.
I also occasionally role-play, but I prefer playing the game.1 -

I guess orc would be the best choice for the movement speed and the melee dmg however it would work with bosmer, redguard, argonian, imperial, nord as well
