So.. Normally i would keep pretty tight about such things. But hey - who gives a **** anymore right?
After latest incremental, i am pretty sure Glyphs will be left like this for the rest of this patch. And with my experience so far, they can be cheesed really hard - especially in no CP. I have played Torugs builds on/off since several years ago now. So i can't help but cheese the max out of this current situation.
Firstly, to maximize output of Torugs (which is obvious, along with all infused), we must use DW and Bloodthirst / Rapid Strikes on Frontbar. With the latest changes, Rapid Strikes will now proc an enchant per tick. So spamming this skill will guarantee that both enchants are proccing on cooldown, no matter if you get the LA in or not. There is no other skill as efficient as this. You COULD choose another DW spammable. But when your LA miss or you hit offtime you will loose Glyph procs. So if we want to have as many Glyph procs as possible, this is the skill to use.
Next, on backbar, we can go a couple of different ways;
- Bow with Poison Injection
- Staff with Reach
- 2H with Carve
OR, you can super Cheese with DW on backbar too, and slotting Twin Slashes AND Blade Cloak. You will need both of them, to reliably proc both enchants on cooldown. Unfortunately, Blade Cloak is only every 3 seconds, so you will not have perfect uptime, even if you keep both skills up all the time.
For classes, there are two obvious choices.
- NB's can increase damage of Glyphs through extra Crit Modifier and natural Crit Chance, and most importantly - Minor Berserk and Incap Damage Empower.
- Stam Sorcs have Implosion passive which goes really well with Rapid Strikes, as each tick can proc it. So this passive turns your spammable into an auto-execute.
What are your inputs. What am i missing here?
