Hey ZOS,
we are still waiting for some books to be fixed..... SINCE YEARS now. If we farm like 4000+ books, pls make sure we are able to get the last 10 after doing the quest or something like this:
1st: isnt possible to get after the quest is done:

✭I saw another comment a few weeks ago that helped me get the Fellrunner book. Inside the duneripper enclosure you can jump on top of a rock, and from there you can jump into the courtyard and gain acess to the missing books.I am a Master Angler on 32characters, check the link below for some cool data!

znrk✭✭✭From your list books 1 2 and 3 are not fixed. The other ones are fixed or accessible. I suggest you refer to https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/270549/eidetic-memory-bugs-comments-help
@Tasear from OP list 2 and 3 are located in Cyrodiil DC base and as such are not accessible by design to any other faction than DC. I have no idea why ZoS is not fixing such obvious thing despite many many bugreports.PC/EU0
