Question: how to get 100% damage reduction at Cyrodil?

I'd really want to know.
How may I equip myself, to be immortal?
Situation several minutes ago, Vivec, PC EU. Group of EP players invaded Warden and been running all aroudnd inside and outside, typical organised zerg. We were chasing them, more or less similar number of DC players. At some moment I've been succesful isolating one of them ("lvl 28" -does not matter) at stairs witch chains (played mag dk). He was surrounded by our Npc's guards, one of them put Silence on him, I've put TONS of dots (Burning Embers, Eruption, my Domihaus set fired), had Flames of Oblivion active, he got several hits from NPc's, from me (flame lash, LA, HA) and some from other DC players... and his health bar was still 100%. He was just standing, not blocking, not in Meditate... how it is possible, someone can explain?

This. Certain people know how to exploit battle leveling. They literally have emperor sized stat pools. Just another not so brilliant idea by Zos.

Don't even need CP to use battle leveling to such an advantage.

On one account I have a level 25 with no CP. I can easily contend.

As for OP, I think you know the answer to that already

    No way.
I also have lowlvl chars at Cyro with 810CP. And I'm taking damage, even in full heavy armor. I could understand build like "healing bot", who TAKES damage and is able to get back 100% HP. But in this case was NO DAMAGE AT ALL

Yes, done that in PvE, level 20 something stamblade with caltrops after double AP and most of the skills. Had farmed skyshards before the double xp event a year ago, purple gear, think i even forgot making it training
Random dungeon, first one was ICP, please don't kick me, after second trash pull should I vote kick other DD, no he was decent enough for normal but tank started pulling larger and larger trash groups.
So you can make very OP builds and you don't get that much xp in PvP.
Some people even make troll dueling characters, min maxed, use outfit styles to look like you are wearing random junk.
Ask to duel max cp players.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Yes, barely killed while he was doing NOTHING. I mean literally nothing. Just standing and nothing more.
It was about 2 weeks ago. I know name, but I assume it is prohibited to mention it according to beautiful ZOS rules. Or can I?

P.S. All my players and bots reports always stayed without a single answer. Well done, mr. AAA+++ project.

If you're implying straight up exploiting, yes, people should be banned for it. Just because you can do something you know is against the rules doesn't mean you should. Every action has a consequence, and a reasonable adult should learn to judge for himself whether the potential consequence is worth the act.

All of this "But THEY let me do it!" nonsense doesn't work in the real world, it ain't gonna work here.

Obviously this example isn't the same magnitude as, say, burglarizing a home because the front door was left unlocked, (I mean, its obvs their fault if they left it open, you shouldn't be punished for capitalizing on that, right?), but magnitude doesn't matter here. The principle does.

There's exploiting something that has been reported for over 4 years. It's simply bull. ZoS is not fixing their stuff so might as well enjoy the hell out of it.

1.)tanking will net you almost no AP. less than a zergling that rushes a castle.

Once again, arguments you give are very weak.
Quests still give you AP and rewards while healing also give AP too.
Let's just ignore exploiters? They don't bother us, players, directly. Who cares about skins and leaderboards? We can do it on our own in a fair way.
Let's just ignore bots. The only thing they do is walk here and there and don't disturb anyone. No one forcing us to kill the same mobs they kill.
Or maybe we should make another addon which will highlight this particular character, so I will see whom I should attack and whom I should ignore in a 50 vs 50 group mess? Really?

I have another idea. Just don't kill anyone in PvP. No one will prevent others from capturing keeps. Make love not war, yes?

1.) as i said, tanking does not net you anything near good AP. try it out. do it. i bet you haven't. make a tanky build. see how much AP you get. He's not healing anyone but himself. you dont get AP for selfhealing. and why make a build like that for questing? it's not gaining you ANY advantage over a standard zergling.
2.) Dont ignore exploiters, but in this case he's not gaining ANYTHING. he's not having ANY advantage but being very tanky. and see my above point about what being tanky does with AP.

I will just stop here, because this discussion goes into nothing.
My point is clear: if a person uses ingame mechanics, but exploits/bugs (like well known multiply mundus stone exploit) also, it means he/she is breaking ingame process and should be responsible for such actions according to ZOS and ESO rules.
If persons' actions contain nothing illegal and these actions are allowed by ZOS - let it be, either someone like it or not.

And just for fun from a video with another "immortal tank".

My daily source of fun in these threads. Learn the game or learn that ESO is a very broken game. ZoS wont fix this, their only "fix" is looking into banning this player that is using NOTHING but things created by ZOS. Oh man i love this xD

People got banned for exploits in trials, but they didn't use any side programs, just ingame mechanics created by ZOS and nothing more.

Those exploits were for either money making or leaderboard stats. There's nothing gained from this. You could as well ignore this person and just move on. all he does is tanking.

Oh really? Farming AP, getting rewards, increasing leaderboard stats, simply breaking already broken PvP (AvAvA)? No?
    Your arguments are invalid.

1.)tanking will net you almost no AP. less than a zergling that rushes a castle.
    2.)This means no rewards either
3.) which stats with no AP gains?
4.) breaking already broken pvp? you can just ignore him. like i said. no one is forcing you to kill him and he cant prevent any captures or such alone due to the way flag caps work.

Yeah... Only hole in your argument is that if you have 5 of this build, it changes everything. Luckily only a few *** find it funny or fun, so people just don't do it enough to break the game. Agreed.

Guess why im not sharing it and do you see 5 of those in cyrodiil ? exactly. nope.

EDIT: there's bugs similar and/or the same that existed for LOOOONG now, im talking 3+ years. I've yet to see any point in time where there's multiple people using the already-reported-3-years-ago bugs. Thing is, they might as well be working as intended for all I know.
it's the lack of logic and game knowledge that seems to drive this game and it's nerfs
