My daily source of fun in these threads. Learn the game or learn that ESO is a very broken game. ZoS wont fix this, their only "fix" is looking into banning this player that is using NOTHING but things created by ZOS. Oh man i love this xD

If you're implying straight up exploiting, yes, people should be banned for it. Just because you can do something you know is against the rules doesn't mean you should. Every action has a consequence, and a reasonable adult should learn to judge for himself whether the potential consequence is worth the act.

All of this "But THEY let me do it!" nonsense doesn't work in the real world, it ain't gonna work here.

    Upvote this.
People got banned for exploits in trials, but they didn't use any side programs, just ingame mechanics created by ZOS and nothing more.

Those exploits were for either money making or leaderboard stats. There's nothing gained from this. You could as well ignore this person and just move on. all he does is tanking.

Oh really? Farming AP, getting rewards, increasing leaderboard stats, simply breaking already broken PvP (AvAvA)? No?
    Your arguments are invalid.

1.)tanking will net you almost no AP. less than a zergling that rushes a castle.
    2.)This means no rewards either
3.) which stats with no AP gains?
4.) breaking already broken pvp? you can just ignore him. like i said. no one is forcing you to kill him and he cant prevent any captures or such alone due to the way flag caps work.

Once again, arguments you give are very weak.
Quests still give you AP and rewards while healing also give AP too.
Let's just ignore exploiters? They don't bother us, players, directly. Who cares about skins and leaderboards? We can do it on our own in a fair way.
Let's just ignore bots. The only thing they do is walk here and there and don't disturb anyone. No one forcing us to kill the same mobs they kill.
Or maybe we should make another addon which will highlight this particular character, so I will see whom I should attack and whom I should ignore in a 50 vs 50 group mess? Really?

1.) as i said, tanking does not net you anything near good AP. try it out. do it. i bet you haven't. make a tanky build. see how much AP you get. He's not healing anyone but himself. you dont get AP for selfhealing. and why make a build like that for questing? it's not gaining you ANY advantage over a standard zergling.
2.) Dont ignore exploiters, but in this case he's not gaining ANYTHING. he's not having ANY advantage but being very tanky. and see my above point about what being tanky does with AP.
3.) This is completely unrelated to bots, and Bots DO hurt, they're hurting the economy and item supplies.
4.) Well, you know his name. you see he wont die, move on to the next target. no addons needed.

Idk who's putting out weak arguments here. but it's not me. :)

I will just stop here, because this discussion goes into nothing.
My point is clear: if a person uses ingame mechanics, but exploits/bugs (like well known multiply mundus stone exploit) also, it means he/she is breaking ingame process and should be responsible for such actions according to ZOS and ESO rules.
If persons' actions contain nothing illegal and these actions are allowed by ZOS - let it be, either someone like it or not.

And just for fun from a video with another "immortal tank".

Enjoy this game while you can, my man :D

So please, share what you've learned. How to get no damage at all while in pvp?

Not sharing the build and methods used here. why would I?

I don't pvp a hell of a lot, but are you seriously saying you can make "god" build in pvp? OP says dude was just standing there, not blocking, no skills.

Didn't someone else post a thread a week back about a level 28 being unkillable in Cyrodiil..?

    26 on this one.

Am I reading that right? Level 26 but alliance rank 21? Just how? My CP1086 main is only alliance rank 21.

In my BWB times, the maximum alliance rank you could reach below level 50 was around Lieutenant (17). This was with the old offense ticks (100 AP for a keep capture). Much higher ranks seem possible now with 6k AP per keep capture. Just stay away from PvE.

I saw one (the?) low level player in Sotha Sil EU a few days ago. He died at some point. Maybe it was the absence of CP, or he just got bored getting mashed by potatoes.

Yes there are builds out there which can achieve this... They won't do any damage thou and vs more then 4comoetent players with defile they can be killed quite easily. A buddy of mine for example had some crazy build with 10k health regen, put that in a low level with max cp and all the crazy lowie buffs and I can easily see how someone can just sit there not do anything and have his health bar not move vs inexperienced pvp players.

I'll tell you, this was not first time I've spotted such a player since I play pvp. Probably 4th. Last year (for example) with group of about 10 random players we spotted 4 players enemy group in open field between keeps, killed 3 of them after a fight; last one was unkillable. We lovered his HP to about 10%, and were unable to execute. After some time, as he stopped to fight and started dancing (still at this 10% HP), we gave up and went back to our goal.
So I think, sooner or later you'll also find similar situation.

I am personally seeing this stuff more frequently. I PVP at least weekly, often more, and with a pretty decent group too. Each night we can almost guarantee that we'll come across someone who can withstand 6-7 of us beating down on him, zero damage taken.

And for the record, I appreciate that some people are just damn good, and there are also issues sometimes where lag provides a false appearance of a player taking no damage - these are not the issues in every case.

In my view - and I am not alone - we are simply seeing more and more people "cheating".

I have another idea. Just don't kill anyone in PvP. No one will prevent others from capturing keeps. Make love not war, yes?

your point is incalid. that player is not doing any quest and even running away from ap ticks.

When I run across these unkillable tank characters in PVP, I just ignore them. Not a build I would pursue but people get their kicks from different things. With everything put into resistance and health generation, they can't kill a flea. So I don't see any point of concern.

Don't get the wrong idea, I've spent upwards of 10 minutes with a group attacking well built healbots and high resistant tanks with stupid health regen, and mitigation. I have never seen an unkillable build that couldnt be handled, with exception to the CE abuse and that whole situation.
