Why, troll, why? If you disagree, the mature and best thing to do is either constructively criticise or just ignore. Like most other people here.

"Delete" - brilliant. Thanks. For. That.

Nah, I commented on the wrong post and couldn't figure out how to delete the whole...nothing to do with your post...sorry! ;)

@GreenHere ...on your sorc tank build link I noticed you have Time freeze/stop slotted. How does/did that work for you as a cc? Im looking for something to use with my NB tank. Cheers!!

@Joxer61, it's alright, actually. I was iffy on it at first. Like most things, it has its strengths and weaknesses. Mostly I just didn't wanna use the Sorc's shard prison skill, since I didn't like how it fit with the theme I was going for; but Restraining Prison does work better for instant CCing, plus gives the group Minor Prophecy. Major Vitality (from the Restraining morph) has saved my butt in a few situations, too. Never much felt like the damaging morph was worth much, personally.

But Time Freeze is nice because it makes it super obvious to my allies exactly what I'm focusing on. This comes in handy a lot more often than I'd have thought in hectic add pulls, where people can kind of be all over the place; especially in random groups where no one knows each other. They see the giant, bright, definitely-not-enemy-aoe effect and it does seem to draw my allies' attention pretty well. Helps a lot in getting the team to focus where I want them to.

And I've found that though the stun isn't instant, few enemies ever really escape it outside of PvP if you lead them a bit. That snare before the stun is great. The skill does instantly draw aggro though, which is nice since I'm initiating the fight before randoms can start splashing down dps skills all over the place and "take" the enemies first. Add on top of that, the stun only effects lesser (non-priority) mobs, so it acts as a nice filter of sorts for holding back the weaklings while the dangerous dudes I need to taunt come straight to me. I think this skill is unique in that aspect, unless I'm forgetting another non-Ultimate aoe stun/snare.

Plus, it's a tad cheaper than the Sorc's Encase/Prison skill, and the Psijic passives can help a touch, too. The shield isn't the most potent thing ever, but it does help, and looks cool.

Overall, I recommend it for situations where you need to separate dangerous mobs from trash mobs. For other fights, though, Deep Thoughts (Meditate) goes on my bar, or just something else entirely. Time Freeze is in the flex spot, kinda; I swap it out more than any other skill. In good groups, CCs aren't really that necessary, and I find myself using them less and less as I play with better people.
