A Nerf Proof Option

Ok, like many others nerfmire has just about exhausted my limits with nerfs. To the point were if I see a nerf in update 21 im going to snap my disc in half.... assuming I dont on the 6th.... If zos is going to keep making balance changes like this I want a nerf proof build option.

So heres my proposal

A new free class, race and Armor line. that can only work with themselves. That are intentionally weaker then the others with the full commitment from zos that these will NEVER be altered once added to the game.


New class, Novice:

1 skill line
- Aoe 10 sec duration, comparable damage to Liquid lighting or caltrops. Mag and stam morph, Magic/Phys dmg
- Spammable Similar damage and cost to strife and crushing shock that also heals the user (Basically strife) Mag and stam morph, magic/ phys dmg
- Dot 10 sec duration, Mag and stam morph, Magic/Phys dmg
- Execute, Mag and stam morph, Magic/Phys dmg
- Major Ward and resolve buff for self
- Major sorcery and brutality buff
- 5k Self burst heal similar to breath of life without ally support Stam and mag morph
- Ultimate 20k burst attack with mag and stam morph costing 175 ulti
- Passive 1: Increase mag and stam by 3%
- Passive 2: Imcrease mag and stam recovery by 8%

New Race: Mix or Diluted Blood, Race who has had their natural skills diluted

passives:
- Average: Allows the crafting and use of average armor but only the use of average armor
- Health 1/3/5%
- mag 1/3/5%
- stam 1/3/5%

Average armor:
Will share 1 material increasing by 2 mats to make every 2 lvls up to 160
will give base spell and phys resist of 12k
passives:

1: Max mag and stam 9% with 7 pc of the average set equipped
2: Mag stam recovery 9%% with 7 pc of the average set equipped
3: 4884 spell and weapon pen with 7 pc of the average set equipped
4: 300 spell and weapon damage with 7 pc of the average set equipped


Average set: armor craftable at clothing, jewelry at jewelry, weapons at the appropriate station

2: 500 mag and stam
3: 500 mag and stam
4: 500 mag and stam
5: 300 spell and weap crit
6: 300 spell and weap crit
7: 300 spell and weap dmg
8: 300 spell and weap dmg
9: 300 spell and weap dmg

    I did not get past the first sentence of the "proposal" because it just is not going to happen.

    In any decent MMORPG there is a constant balancing. It just is not as harsh as what we have here in ESO because Zos seems fairly challenged in trying to understand they game and how it works.

    Hence why Zos has added the Class Reps to their already known groups they receive feedback from in hopes they might start getting things right. Until it is understood the management style is the core issue things will not change.

    Play Dk you'll be right "as long as you're not in AU/NZ and experiencing lag spikes of 14000ms." Stam and or mag atm are all good or pet sorc also works well tbh depending on build ofc. or check out speed_kills on twitch with his no shield msorc thats pretty gg. big middle finger to nurfs but the way these games go no one is ever gonna be happy.
    The way i see it stop calling for nurfs ask for fixes to your class its the only way s*** is gonna get sorted.

    The best way to be "nerf-proof" is to play a slightly-off-meta build thats nearly as good but not quite that you enjoy playing.

    ZOS likes to constantly change the meta, so I find that not needing to chase the meta while being content to do nearly as good has done wonders for me enjoying the game. Outside of big gameplay changes like Morrowind or Murkmire, I dont have to change much.

    Better option: when asking for a nerf, u need to prove that u have done atleast 100 hours gametime, using the thing u want to nerf.
