Whilst not a bug per se, the thing that's been around since the beginning is the age old "This may be an unusually long load time". Yeah, no f'n ***. That message is only there to further increase your annoyance during an already annoying load screen.

It's still rare, but when you mount up the camera jumps all the way from yesterday till it catches up to your character.
Also, When you dismount in swim-able water then start sprinting on ground before the dismount animation is fully complete it makes you have a sped-up swimming animation with your hands in First Person View whilst sprinting around on ground.

Animation cancelling. Yeap. First bug turned into a feature that will be there forever haha.
Don't get me wrong, I believe this bug turned out to be an incredible feature that separates pro/good players from normal ones, but still was a bug at that time.

Running on the back of the horse is a classic, I also occasionally see the opposite one where I dismount and instead my character rides a none existant horse half way through the floor.

If you're crafting large amounts of armour sometimes the counter in the top right of the screen doesn't register it, on Xbox EU

On a serious note. The Guild Bank Duplication Bug, now it's technically fixed... but the band aid fix to this day still drives me crazy.

I like the running on horse back but that only happened at the start after you got the goblin morph from Stonefalls. Probably one of the oldest is the random holes in world. Where huge sections of the ground are missing.

The funny thing is that sometimes the helm goes off, and others it doesn't. I prefer it doesn't because it's really unimmersive when it does.
