So if Gamestop is mailing me my game I dont get to play?

I preordered from gamestop, I have a tracking number its not like the amazon hellstorm of maybe not even getting it, but because of this requirement of subscription which requires a code thats in my box that I dont physically have yet....im at the mercy of UPS before I can play? Is anyone at ZOS aware no courier functions on sunday atleast anywhere in north america. What kind of debacle is this lol.

Same problem here. Ordered from Gamestop and there doesn't appear to be any phone number to call Zenimax.

I feel with you as I fear I have the same problem (ordered at bol.com - Netherlands) and was able to play the Early access. However today after supper I was not able to log into the game any longer. Hopefully I receive the box tomorrow *keeps fingers crossed*

Same. It seems if you ordered from Amazon or others you can just log into your account and pull the code down from their website.

But not GameStop. I've logged in, and called twice and they've all basically told me to pound sand.

So my game is sitting 4.1 miles from my house at a UPS distribution center, that isn't open on Sundays.

Wait to go ZOS....

I can't imagine why they decided to kill it on a Sunday. Awesome planning. :-/

I know for a fact ill receive the box tomorrow at some point but the fact of the matter is not all of us have the monday to friday schedule, our days off are not so simple to predict and this is hurting my play time.

Simple fix would have just been to realize the problem which I guarantee they have since theyve responded to a few threads in here so they have to be reading, roll the early access another day so we have time to actually receive our games.

Heh, tracking gives me an expected delivery date of Wednesday April 9. This is ridiculous. I know Zenimax has no power over the mail, but they won't even let me pay? If they don't fix this soon I'm going to send it back unopened and get a refund.

I'm in he same boat as you, and this is starting to get over the edge ridiculous. Every day something else tops it off, and today was the last straw! I'm positive I will not be opening this, and sending back for refund!

My experience in game has been too fun for me to want to return a game but this is ludicrous. A quick look at the forums show they are on the hairs edge of a riot and this could quickly degrade into a social media *** storm which id hope theyd like to avoid.

I ordered the physical CE from Amazon and it will not be here until tomorrow. I don't think there is an option to get the code from the website.

I'm with you guys. I ordered from amazon (I know! I know! My bad, my bad), because I was hiding under a rock for 5 months, and they were the only ones to have pre-order of the Imperial edition left (Physical, obviously)

I also have to wait for a physical copy of the game. The grace period should have been long enough for people to receive their physical copy. The codes should have been available online or through email at least.

Yeah same problem here

. So all the people who didn't pre-order, get early access, or buy Imperial Ed. can just buy their digital copy and catch up to all of us that gotta wait until Wed. to play our Imperial Editions. Why not just allow the early access people to activate their accounts without the physical copies code they already know we have it they gave us early access right?!

The person at Gamestop gets fed to the wolves if they don't sell preorders. Some of 'em'll lie through their teeth to keep their numbers up so they don't get fired.

Of course, some of them are just ***, and will gut anything and everything for goodies before selling the box, disk, and manual, leaving the customer on the hook for everything else, but...
