Yeah, you'll need decent resistances and a good burst heal, like i said above, most of those fights are about your ability to sustain and not necessarily about pure damage.

Also, learning to dodge roll can help, as can some health. Check the death recap to figure out where the one shot threshold is, and get above that. (Off hand, it's probably 13-14k in Craglorn, but I'm not sure off hand.) Then, when you see a power attack coming, dodge away from that. Don't stand in the red.
I mean, we're calling it easy here, but Craglorn does require you understand how to play more difficult content. Once you're there it becomes very easy.
I've seen several suggestions that 15k health is a good minimum for any role, and not just in Craglorn. Just remember that you don't have to put points in health to get there. Enchantments etc. can be all you need.
