cant update subscription info as the option is just not there..

well I log into my account from the game to update the subscription info and i dont have any options to do so.. a friend said when you log in your suppossed to get a eula to agree to then you can update the info and its at the top of the page.. but i never got any of these options and i bought the imperial edition..

well eso any help would be really awesome right about now so i can get back to playing a game I paid 100 bucks for..

p.s. ive tried your support system and its fail.. been waiting over 4 days for a call back and havent gotten one..

Have you input the key that came with your Imperial Edition? you get the option to setup your subscription after you do so. Running on Early Access Time is not the same as running on your 30 days free. You need to input your key that came with your game, which will grant you the 30 days free and then input your subscription information so you have the payment information ready for when you do run out of free time.

You need to add your code first. You find your code either on your game box or inside an email if you bought the digital release.

I have the same issue. Im not sure if I setup a sub but even if I did I cant find any where to check or to update it. Unless they created where you cant change your sub at all?

Yep. I'm having the same issue and no I haven't entered my code because I still have not received my physical copy even though I had a guaranteed delivery date of 4/4. So now I'm locked out of the game I paid 100 bucks for due to shipping issues? I would think an extended grace period for people to actually receive their games would be in order or I guess they can keep punishing their CE buyers for no reason.
