Can not setup subscription - missing 'manage subscription' menu option and no prompts

In my account page I am missing the 'Manage Subscription' option. So how can I setup a subscription without this option?
I have bought the Imperial boxed edition at www.bol.com (Netherlands), but have not yet received the physical box yet (is in transport since the 2nd of April) - only the early access code which worked perfectly until this evening. Now while able to log into my account page I am blocked from the game, which gives the following error "Your login information was incorrect. Try again"
Tomorrow I will be calling www.bol.com over the physical box.

Throxx✭✭✭I'm in the same boat. I pre-ordered from Amazon.com and haven't had my game delivered yet. Am I screwed til it arrives? Can I setup a subscription without the box? Why on earth would I pre order if I can't play? Do I need to cancel my preorder? Any help would be appreciated.0 -
Malloway✭✭✭Same thing here. I purchased the Digital Imperial Edition from GameFly. After I made the purchase I was given a game key, which I used on my ESO account. Now my account is asking for a different key? I was only given one so I'm really confused0 -
Annro_Still_LipsSoul ShrivenI bought a physical copy at DataBlitz, but the case they gave me was empty. All it had was an early access code... DataBlitz still doesn't have any Time Cards for sale, so I can't get my hands on any. But people who bought the physical copy were supposed to get 30 days for free, right? Without a Time Card/subscription plan? Whenever I go to my account page, I don't get a prompt either, and I don't have a "Manage Subscriptions" page, too.

Your physical box should contain another (not early access) access code, after filling in this code you should be able to setup a subscription.
Unfortunately timecards are not yet for sale, so you're forced to use one of the other options.
When choosing creditcard your card will be verified for the complete amount of the subscription-plan, although this amount is not debited from your CC it is for a while reservered for checking.0 -
Haqikah✭✭✭A small add-on concerning the credit card (in better words): They pre-authorise the transaction. That means the bank just reserves the money from your balance. Then the bank automatically releases the amount.0

My box only has the early access code. I love this game, but I HATE the way ZOS happens to be handling things.0
